If you run a business and don't value your clients, you might aswell stop trading now. Whether they are existing, past or potential customers we appreciate each and every one. I thought I'd share my thoughts on how important my clients are to us and how I build relationships with them.

As a Kent wedding photographer, I am trusted with one of the most important days of your life. I meet with all my clients a number of times before their big day, this allows us to get to know each other better and for you to feel confident in choosing me to be your wedding photographer.

I am regularly told by my clients that they love how approachable I am. In the lead up to the wedding, Bethany or I are always just a message away, we will happily answer any questions or help in anyway we can.

Ultimately, investing time in your clients in the easiest way to build up a good rapport, to me it comes naturally. I thrive off creativity so I am genuinely interested in hearing about all your big day plans. Bouncing ideas around together allows me to gauge your expectations; so I can exceed them.

Our presence on social media is really important, as it helps us engage with all of the couples who have chosen me to be your wedding photographer. Unlike some other suppliers, we will not book you in the diary, then not talk to you until your deposit is due. Our whole business is built on you trusting me to be creative with the memories of your wedding day. How can you trust someone you don't know? By sharing my work with you regularly, I aim to help build your excitement and reassure you that in choosing me to be your wedding photographer, you made the right choice.

This Christmas we wanted to spread a little extra festive cheer to our couples.

Bethany found Sweets in the Post online and organised a personalised sweet box to be sent out to each of our couples. She had to send out a couple of sly emails, "I just noticed we don't have an address for you on file". Admin is not my strong point, hence why I have now hired her as my full-time personal assistant.

The gift boxes are letterbox sized, the perfect design for a surprise gift. Bethany asked our name to be printed on the front and wrote this sweet (pardon the pun) message inside.

" Life can be busy & stressful at times, be sure to make some time for each other this Christmas, nothing is more important than love. Best wishes, Luke & Bethany"

I must admit I made her order me one too; It was only right that I completed a quality check. I was not disappointed, the packaging was brilliant and these gummy Christmas tree's went down a treat.

This is the first year we have sent out anything like this but we will 100% be doing it every year from now on. The feedback from all of our clients was amazing, and really gave us that warm and fuzzy feeling that comes from giving the perfect gift.

Merry Christmas and a sincere thank you to every one of our clients, past, present & future.
