I use my aerial photography skills to document the build progress for a number of national property developers in Kent, Surrey & Sussex alongside my property photography services. Keeping buyers engaged is the hardest task for any sales team. However, with monthly updates, clients can see their houses grow whilst waiting for their moving-in day. Alongside residential properties, the use of aerial photography is a fantastic way of monitoring progress of both residential and commercial sites such as offices, retail spaces and schools alongside making rental accommodation such as Air BnB's stand out from the crowd.
