Terms of Business
These are the terms of business of Luke Granger Photography(LGP) & LGP Creative Ltd.
By booking either Luke Granger Photography & LGP Creative Ltd you are entering into the agreement as follows.
For Wedding bookings please refer to your contract within the booking portal which will have been emailed to you separately.
General
All staff working for LGP/LGPCreative Ltd hold DBS Certificates which can be provided on request.
LGP/LGPCreative Ltd hold a public liability policy to the value of £1,000,000 with Simply Business our policy number is HIBI4796635XB
Due to the variable nature of our work, each project is calculated on an individual basis and aspects like set up, delivery and timescales will be discussed with the client upon booking.
All clients should be open and honest about the purpose of their project to enable LGP/LGPCreative Ltd to plan and produce the desired outcome.
All Photography & Film created by LGP/LGPCreative Ltd remain the property of LGP/LGPCreative Ltd and credit should be granted accordingly.
Commercial Photography & Film
All projects booked via email, phone or in person are subject to cancellation fees.
For projects priced over £1000, LGP/LGPCreative Ltd reserve the right to charge a booking fee of 50%. This booking fee will secure the time required to attend as needed. The remaining balance must be paid before any editing is completed/delivered.
We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the project fee if cancelled within 48 hours.
If our team have attended and are cancelled on arrival then 100% of the project fee will be charged.
Delivery of final edits will be variable depending on the project in question.
The delivery times listed below as a guideline only, all other projects will be discussed individually at the time of booking.
Property Photography - Typically delivered within 3 working days
Aerial Photography - Typically delivered within 3 working days
Commercial Headshots - Typically delivered within 5 working days
Product Photography - Typically delivered within 5-10 working days
If online gallery access is included within your project, then this access will be available for a minimum of 1 month after delivery. After this time, the project may be archived and access no longer available.
Should a client wish to continue their working agreement on a regular basis then gallery access will be extended.
Late Payment Fees
LGP/LGP Creative Ltd reserve the right to charge late payment fees on invoices.
Our late payment fee is 10% of the invoice value for every month the invoice is outstanding.
As an example, for a invoice of £1000 we reserve the right to add an additional £100 for every month the balance remains unpaid.
After 90 days of non payment we may pass outstanding invoices to our debt collection partners. If we need to pass an invoice to debt collection there is a fee of £150 which will be added to the invoice. The client will have 30 days from the point of receiving our Letter Before Action, if the invoice remains unpaid we reserve the right to add on further costs involved in pursuing the matter to court.
School Photography
All child/parent data provided to LGP/LGPCreative Ltd is used strictly for the purpose intended and inline with our ICO accreditation (ZB627015)
In some cases, commission may be agreed with schools, this is discretionary and will be provided in the form of resources, services or experiences that directly benefit the children.
Commission will not be issued in form of a cash payment.
Commission is variable and depends on the pricing the school wishes us to charge to parents.
Commission is only available to those schools who continue to work with LGP/ LGP Creative Ltd and is a reward of a long term relationship.
LGP/ LGP Creative Ltd do not tie schools into long term contracts however should a school request resources, services or experiences, they are also committing to a continued working relationship with us and will commit to booking LGP for the following year, dates for this should be scheduled immediately. LGP/ LGP Creative Ltd reserve the right to charge/recover cost incurred should the relationship end early.
Custom Printing
All Custom Printed products (photographic, marketing materials, uniform, workwear etc) require payment upfront and are non refundable.
Please refer to the manufacture labels within clothing and adhere to the washing instructions listed at all times.
All items should be collected from our office in Aylesford, Kent within 14 days of being completed unless otherwise arranged. Delivery costs should be covered by the client.
